Postal Holidays 2022 in Delhi
Central Government Holidays are common for all departments located in various parts of India. However, the importance of the local festivals or occasions, the state committee will be decided three days out of 17 gazetted holidays. This holiday pattern will be observed in the post offices located in Delhi State will be closed on the following days.
The post offices in Delhi State will be closed due to festival and other occasions, the list of holidays observed in Delhi during the year 2022

Central Government Administrative Offices located outside Delhi / New Delhi shall observe the following holidays 14 compulsorily, in addition to 14 Compulsory Holidays, 3 holidays shall be decided by the Central Government Employees Welfare Coordination Committee in the State capitals. After deciding the 3 holidays in consultation with Central Government Employees Welfare Coordination Committee, final list, applicable uniformly to all concerned will be notified.
