ADMISSIONS TO SAINIK SCHOOLS (ACADEMIC SESSION 2021-22)

Release of Admit Card for the All India Entrance Examination for Sainik Schools (AISSEE)- 2021

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the AISSEE-2021 for admission to Class VI and Class IX of the Sainik Schools across the country on 07.02.2021 in the paper pen mode.

Admit Cards for the examination are hosted on the NTA website https://aissee.nta.nic.in

Candidates can download their respective Admit Cards from the said website using their Application Form Number and Date of Birth.

In case of any difficulty in downloading the Admit Card or discrepancy in the data contained therein, candidates may call the NTA Helpline number 0120 6895 200 or write to NTA at aissee@nta.ac.in

Candidates are advised to note the following:

• The Admit Card is issued provisionally to the candidates, subject to the fulfilment of the eligibility conditions.
• Admit Card will not be sent by post.
• Candidate must not mutilate the Admit Card or change any entry made therein.
• Issue of Admit Card, however, shall not necessarily mean acceptance of eligibility which shall be further scrutinized at subsequent stages of admission process.
• Candidates are advised to preserve a copy of their Admit Card in good condition for future reference. Candidates are advised to be in touch with the NTA website www.nta.ac.in for updates relating to the examination.

From the academic session 2021-22, reservation in admission for OBC-NCL category has been introduced. Girl candidates are now eligible for admission to Class VI in all 33 Sainik Schools.

Sainik School Admission 2021 Apply Online | AISSEE 2021-22 Application Form

Age Limit criteria for admission in Sainik Schools for session 2021-22

  • Class 6 – 10 to 12 years (01 April 2009 to 31 March 2011) (Note: Age limit is same for Girls Applicants.) as on 31 March 2021
  • Class 9 – 13 to 15 years (01 April 2006 to 31 March 2008) (Note: Girls are not applicable for Class IX) as on 31 March 2021

Note: Admission is Open for Girls in All Sainik Schools for Class 6 Only. So please Parents check age limit and other details yourself from prospectus.

Educational Qualification

  • For 6th Class: Minimum Required Qualification is 05th Class and appearing students can also apply (Finally Passed).
  • For 9th Class: Applicant should be passed the 08th Standard from a authorized school/board and appearing students can apply but finally student should be passed the VIII class.

Sainik School Admission 2021 Application Fees

  • For General/Defence Category Applicants – Rs. 550/-
  • For SC/ST Category Candidates – Rs.400/-

The medium of Sainik School entrance exam will be English / Hindi and local language of the state for Class 6 to 9.

Sainik School Admission 2021-2022 Apply Online

How to Apply: Online Only.

As per the Official Notification, There are four Steps in Online Registration:-

  • Registration: Register with valid Mobile Number and Mail ID.
  • Fill in the Online Application Form and Note down the system generated application number.
  • Upload Documents (Photo, Signature)
  • Make Application Fee Payment

Required Documents to be uploaded

  • Scanned Images of candidates photograph (File Size: 10 kb to 200 kb) in JPG/JPEG format.
  • Candidate Signature (File Size 04 kb to 30kb) in JPG / JPEG Format.
  • Candidate left hand thumb impression (File Size: 10 kb to 50kb) in JPG/JPEG format. In case any eventuality of left thumb being unavailable, right hand thumb impression may be used.
  • (a). Date of Birth Certificate: Aspirant need to upload Transfer Certificate Issued by Previous School, Certificate issued by Municipal Committee/ Board/ Corporation
  • (b). Domicile Certificate – Please upload the documents issued by the State Govt.
  • (c). Caste Certificate – Please Upload the document issued by the State Govt (if applicable).

Eligible candidates can apply through Online Mode only for this year. On the official website clear instructions are given to apply online for AISSEE Sainik School Entrance Exam 2021 for 6th & 9th class admissions.

  • First open the official website- www.aissee.nta.nic.in
  • On Home page Click on “Fill Application Form – AISSEE 2021”
  • Provide the Correct details in the Online Application Form
  • Also attach the required documents during apply
  • After that submit it and pay the application fee
  • Submit the form and take print out for future purpose

Note: Applicant should make the online payment of application fee as per the instructions given in prospectus.

Detailed procedure has updated in general instruction. Candidates can follow the basic instructions to apply online for AISSEE 2021-22 Class VI & IX admission.

AISSEE 2021-22 Notification Details

The students who are from class 6th to 9th here is the good opportunity to take the admission in Sainik Schools. The Sainik School Notification 2021 has released in October 2020. The Sainik School society is going to conduct the entrance examination for 6th to 9th students.

The entrance exam will conduct in various centers like Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, West Bengal, Orissa, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Punjab, Manipur, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Jammu & Kashmir and Nagaland, etc.

The candidates who are going to take part in the Sainik School must qualify in the Entrance examination 2021. The eligibility details, application form, application form filling details will be enclosed in the notification and prospectus. The candidates can download the notification and prospectus from the official site. The student should read the instructions carefully in the notification and then they should apply for the Sainik School entrance exam 2021.

Sainik School Admission 2021 Important Dates

  • Correction of details filled in application Form on Website only – 23rd November 2020 to 29th November 2020
  • Downloading of Admit Cards from NTA – website 23rd December, 2020 (Tentative)
  • Date of Examination – 07.02.2021 (Sunday)
  • Duration of examination
  • Exam for admission to Class VI – 150 minutes
  • Exam for admission to Class IX – 180 minutes.
  • Timings of examination
  • Exam for admission to Class VI – 10.00 am to 12.30 pm
  • Exam for admission to Class IX – 10.00 am to 1.00 pm
  • Exam centre – As indicated in the admit card
  • Display of scanned OMR answer sheets, Question Paper Sets and answer keys – Will be announced on NTA website later

  • Declaration of results – Will be announced on NTA website later
