Sub : Guidelines for employees attending the office us per roaster during lockdown period regarding.

Instructions have been issued to maintain roaster to call staff on duty, but it is observed that some Officials are not attending the duty on their assigned dates as per roaster. To ensure smooth functioning of the Postal Operations under Mumbai Region, the Competent Authority has directed that:-

(i) Those Officials who have not attended office as per roaster duty, may be asked to submit leave for the period, till he/she resumes duty.
(ii) In case, the Officials did not attend office as per roaster duty for second time, disciplinary action under Rule-16 of CCS (CCA) Rules. 1965 may kindly be initiated against such officials under intimation to this office.

This issues with approval of the Competent Authority.
