This is totally wrong information sir. Losses will be very high.
4% losses in DA JAN 2020
3% losses in DA july 2020
3% losses In DA jan 2021
10% losses in DA Upto retirement.
    Example:
    Basic salary Rs. 66000/-10% DA
=Rs. 6600/- and TA RS. 3200/-10%= RS.320 total rs.6920/-p.m salry increase so approximately rs 10000/_ losses per month Upto retirement approximately 3200000(32 lakh) losses in 15 year service . 10000 per month invested in ppf then majority amount = 32 lakh approximately.

Loss will not be up to retirement, it will be for 18 months, i.e. from 1.1.2020 to 30.6.2021. The DA / DR will be restored to original levels, i.e. 17% + 10% = 27% from 1.7.2021, but without any arrears for those 18 months.
